Letter From The President

Dear Members,

As you know, I have been elected at the President for the Georgia Division IAI for 2007-2008. I have already begun planning what I hope to accomplish over the next year. My plan includes the increase of membership but most importantly, increased participation from the current members. We need the support of all our members.

Recently, I sent an email to all the members of the Georgia IAI that I had email addresses for and was surprised at the response I received. As your President, I ask each and every member to become more active in this organization. Invite someone to join the Georgia IAI. We can do this!

I also have plans to help coordinate the 2009 Conference with Instructor's that are in demand. We want to bring classes to the conference that are needed and wanted not only by the student but their supervisor's as well. More information coming soon!

One thing I do want is "positive" attitudes. An organization that is filled with "negativity" will only meet walls; however, an organization that is filled with "positive attitudes" will climb the highest of mountains. One step at a time…

I am proud to serve as your President and I hope I meet all of your expectations. I am very open to new and fresh ideas so please, don't hesitate to contact me. I appreciate the support I have received through the years from the Georgia IAI. I have learned so much and I continue to learn each and every year. I have met some very intelligent people and made many friends. I am very excited about the year to come as I hope you are too.
